The Astigmatism Comedy Show

P&T Knitwear is proud to present the Astigmatism Comedy Show! Astigmatism Comedy is the only standup comedy show that is also a book club. Each month you will not only hear from a lineup of hilarious comedians but also watch a live Q&A featuring a womxn of color author of the month. What started as a standup comedy show curated by Black girls with poor vision but an eye for funny has turned into “The Tiny Desk of Comedy.”

Your hosts — Kristal Adams, Alexis Bradby, and Isabelle Pierre — invite you to a unique night of comedy featuring diverse voices that have been curated by a diverse team. Whether they wear glasses in real life or just have the essence of someone who does, each comedian has a unique POV that will have you relating hard and laughing even harder. This will be the most fun you ever have in a bookstore, guaranteed!

ABOUT THE HOSTS
Kristal Adams is a comedian, writer and producer who has worked on Netflix and Hulu shows, and her debut album was named one of the top comedy albums of 2022 by Bullseye with Jesse Thorn on NPR and Paste Magazine.

Alexis Bradby is a comedian who has worked in some of the top comedy clubs and festivals across the country. She has also worked as a writer on shows such as iCarly and Tab Time.

Isabelle Pierre is a writer, producer, actress and comedian. She has been featured on a number of network/streaming TV shows — most recently on Loki (Disney Plus.)
